How the affiliate programme works
- Approved partners get a CareerDad partner link that can use a via parameter and optional campaign labels.

- That using a partner link guarantees income, commission approval, or payout.
- That CareerDad is officially affiliated with a university, employer, job board, or government programme unless CareerDad states it publicly.

- That a partner is a CareerDad employee, support agent, payment processor, recruiter, or official representative unless authorised.
Privacy boundaries

Payout and commission note
Current Partner Terms state that partners earn 35% on eligible CareerDad SaaS plan purchases and 30% on eligible premium human-delivered service purchases, subject to validation. Commissions are grouped by earned month, reviewed manually, and paid on the 1st of the month after the following month when approved unpaid commission reaches the R250 threshold unless CareerDad approves an exception. No commission is paid on free users, self-referrals, refunds, reversals, duplicate payments, rejected payments, or flagged transactions.
